Shipping Information

We ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

• Priority Mail — $8 flat rate

• Overnight – $34 flat rate

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within fourteen (14) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.

• Client is responsible for shipping costs upon returning. After (14) days we will offer a store credit valid through (1) year.

• Lingerie, swims, clearance and vintage items are FINAL SALE.

• Shipping fees are non refundable, customer is responsible of shipping costs for returned items. Before issuing returns, please contact us for further instructions at: info@ilovemuza.com
